Metaphoric Mythologies

The traditional business of religion has been to
MANufacture metaphoric myths to control the
masses in a milieu of systemic patriarchal slavery.
The powers of metaphor, however, include our
ability to change our language and attitudes,
as well as our Society, by the use of sapphonic,
feminist perspective, to define a Matrix Standard,
and actually accomplish Revolution, Paradigm Shift,
and Spiral Dance, all in one felling swoop.

Herstorical Rewrites:

A Jesus Story,feminine lead…Anna bore a daughter, Mary,
and they lived with each other until the girl-child moved,
as a woman of 12, to the house of her Grandmother, an
Elder and Healer in her own community.
Before she was 30, and her Grandmother’s passing,
Truelove Freemate, and she, bore fruit of her own,
a daughter and a son, and they lived and grew.
At the end of her training, she gathered together her blankets, her pipes, and her courage, to make a difference, to change a world, and not complain of work or death.
She did it!

The Hood of the Woods… a little girl named Robin, who wore red a lot, moved to the forest the winter the Wolf ate her Grandmother, and lived happily taunting her father, the Sheriff, by poaching his meat, titheing his rich, unionizing the Free Poor, marshalling her counter-culture, and making Herstory.

In the Beginning, there was the Word, and that Word was God,and the Word was made flesh (by Woman). John1:1
